Spoon Front Upper Strut Brace EP3
Spoon strut tower bars significantly increase chassis stiffness and handling response. The bars join the tops of the left and right dampers. At the front, this prevents the frame from flexing, increasing stiffness and improving handling and steering response. On UK specification EP3 models (Civic Type R), the front strut brace requires a modification kit to move the brake fluid reservoir and may require some small modifications to the routing of the air conditioning pipes.
